Lusso Homes was founded by Husband & Wife seasoned developers with over 25 years of commercial development experience in retail regeneration and convenience projects across Nottinghamshire, Yorkshire, Lincolnshire & the Northeast. Lusso Park Homes Ltd (TA Lusso Homes) was created with a focus on small, luxury residential parks for the over 45’s.

Regular rail links from Market Rasen to London Kings Cross and Humberside Airport is within 15 minutes’ drive and has daily flights to Schiphol International airport or Leeds/Bradford & East Midlands Airport are both within 1 1⁄2 hour’s drive. Each home has a 10-year Platinum Steel Warranty, fully fitted ‘turn-key’ with all appliances & furniture built to British Standards, extremely well insulated to minimise heating bills making downsizing a luxury option with economic savings.
The illuminated avenue of trees as you drive through the park & communal spaces are all maintained to the highest standard with a private gated entrance & CCTV to ensure security in this rural location. To maintain these high standards there is a nominal annual service charge to cover these costs.
